Welcome to redcup, a social media party platform built to connect partygoers, event hosts, and nightlife lovers around the world. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the redcup mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Irishman Cloud, Inc. Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers without permission.
Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content (photos, videos, messages, events, etc.) you submit or upload to redcup ("User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant Irishman Cloud, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to:

Use, copy, distribute, display, modify, adapt, and publish your content in connection with the redcup Service.
Promote redcup on any platform, including in marketing campaigns.

You confirm that:

You have the rights to all content you post.
Your content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove, or moderate User Content at our discretion.

5. Privacy

Your use of redcup is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Parties, Events, and Meetups

redcup enables users to discover, host, or attend events and parties. Unless explicitly stated, events listed on the platform are not created, hosted, or endorsed by Irishman Cloud, Inc.

You understand and agree that:

Participation is at your own risk.
We do not verify the identity or intentions of event organizers or attendees.
We are not responsible for event safety, outcomes, legal compliance, or disputes.

Always exercise caution and good judgment when attending real-life events found through redcup.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some features of redcup may require a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase.

When purchasing:

You agree to the prices and billing terms presented at the time of transaction.
Payments are processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

We may modify pricing or features at any time, with notice where required.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to redcup if:

You violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Your actions put the safety or integrity of the platform at risk.

You can also delete your account at any time in the app settings. Some data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and functionality within redcup are the property of Irishman Cloud, Inc. or its licensors, protected under intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without express written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

redcup is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
User Content will be accurate, reliable, or safe.
Events or users will meet your expectations.

Use of redcup is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irishman Cloud, Inc. shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or reputation.
Any event, meetup, or offline interaction organized via redcup.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the incident, if any.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

redcup may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or security of those external platforms.

Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

13. Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue redcup at any time without liability. This includes changing features, suspending services, or terminating access.

If changes significantly impact your use of redcup, we will provide reasonable notice.
